Terms and Conditions
NestSpark Cleaning Services
1. Deposit
A 10% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Bookings will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the cleaning service.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
3. Late Payments
Late payments may incur additional charges. Continued failure to pay on time may result in the suspension or termination of future services.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booking.
If a cancellation is made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be retained.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment or on the same day, the full service fee will be charged.
5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we will arrange to return and rectify the issue where reasonably possible.
6. Customer Complaints
Any concerns regarding the service must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning being completed so that we can address and resolve the matter promptly.
7. Illness and Health Safety
If anyone in the household is experiencing illness that could pose a health risk, please inform us as soon as possible so that the appointment can be rearranged.
8. Access to the Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring that access to the property is available at the agreed appointment time. Access arrangements must be agreed in advance.
9. Waiting Time
Our cleaners will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time to gain access to the property.
10. Failure to Provide Access
If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment will be cancelled and the full service fee will still be charged.
11. Parking Requirements
Suitable parking must be available within a reasonable distance from the property for our cleaners to transport cleaning equipment.
12. Jobs We Do Not Take On
We do not accept jobs involving:
- Biohazard hoarding
- Human or animal fluids (e.g., urine, blood, faeces, etc.)
- Excess mould, fungus, needles, or sewage waste
- Infestations
If we encounter these conditions upon arrival, we will leave the property and charge the full cleaning fee.
13. Liability and Responsibility
We are not liable for missing, misplaced, or unaccounted items unless the loss is clearly and directly proven to be the result of gross negligence by us.
We are not responsible for:
- Cataloguing or inventorying clients' belongings
- Authenticating or appraising items
- Tracking the exact location of items before, during, or after cleans
- The continued presence or condition of items once organising begins
14. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse future services in cases of repeated late payments, failure to comply with these terms, or inappropriate behaviour.
